So far this year there have been 561 houses sold, which is a 8% fall compared to the same period last year. The Colony homes sold rose 17% in November 2015, with 36 properties sold in November of this year.

Year-to-date, new housing properties listed have reached 629 in all. New home properties listed dropped 1% compared to the same period last year. New home properties listed in The Colony rose 48% in November of this year, with 37 houses listed this month. Year-to-date, current listings under contract are at 545 overall, which is a 4% decline from a year ago. There were 41 listed houses under contract during November, a 11% growth from a month ago. The average price for a home was about $202,886 overall this year, which is a 12% increase from a year ago. This month, the average sales price was about $219,499, which is a 30% rise from a month ago.

Percentage of asking price received year-to-date increased 1% relative to the same period last year, with percentage of asking price received at 100%. This month, buyers got 97% of their asking price, a 0% growth from last month. The days on market until sale was about 28 days, which is a 20% rise from last month. Overall this year, homes sold decreased 10% compared to the same month last year, at 21 days on market until sale. The current supply of active listings on the market in The Colony rose 13% this November, with the market supply of homes at 45 houses. There was a 1.0 month supply of homes this November. The month supply of houses in The Colony gained 22% in November of this year.
