Sachse, Texas Home Values report for November 2015

Sachse homes sold were at 80 homes in November of this year, a 8% surge from a month ago. Housing sales year-to-date went up 5% compared to the same month last year, with 1,060 properties sold so far this year.

So far this year, new listings have reached 1,381 in all. New home properties listed grew 9% compared to the same month last year. During November, 82 new homes were listed in Sachse, a 10% decline from the previous month. Year-to-date, listed homes under contract are at 1,184 in all, which is a 11% increase from last year. Listings under contract in Sachse gained 18% in November 2015, with 92 houses currently listed under contract. The average sales price in Sachse went up 13% . Buyers sold their houses for 97% of their listed price during November, a 0% increase from the previous month. Days on market until sale year-to-date went down 14% compared to the same period last year, at 33 days on market until sale. The days on market until sale in Sachse decreased 23% in November of this year, at 34 days on market until sale. In November of this year, the market supply of homes was 150 houses. The market supply of homes in Sachse fell 16% this month. The month supply of homes in Sachse went down 18% during November, with a 1.5 month supply of houses on the market.
