Mesquite, Texas Home Values report for November 2014

Houses sold cumulatively this year grew 1% relative to the same period last year, with 1,359 homes sold this year. Housing sales in Mesquite fell 2% this November, with 99 properties sold.

So far this year there have been 1,619 new real estate listings total, which is a 1% increase from last year. During November, 97 new houses were listed in Mesquite. New housing properties listed in November of this year in Mesquite went down 23%. Year-to-date, listed homes under contract are at 1,422 in all, which is a 5% surge from last year. The days on market until sale this November in Mesquite climbed 15%, at 53 days on market until sale. Year-to-date, homes spent approximately 43 days in the market until sold., which is a 15% drop compared to the same month last year. The market supply of homes in Mesquite dipped 44% this month, with 160 being the market inventory of available homes. There was a 1.3 month supply of homes during November. The month supply of houses in Mesquite dipped 45% in November 2014.
