The current supply of active listings on the market this month was 483 homes, a 6% decrease from the same month last year. There was a 2.1 month supply of homes on the market, which is a 13% decrease from last year.

Second on the list in total dollar sales was Eldorado Heights, selling $28.3 million dollars in homes. 149 homes were sold in Eldorado Heights, at an average sales price of $190,204.
