The Sunset Pointe subdivision topped the list in total dollar sales in 2013, selling $56 million dollars in homes. There were 251 homes sold at an average sales price of $223,428. Second on the list in total dollar sales was Paloma Creek, selling $35.5 million dollars in homes. 195 homes were sold in Paloma Creek, at an average sales price of $182,187. Frisco Ranch ranks third on the list of total dollar sales at $13.1 million. There were 69 homes sold in Frisco Ranch, with an average sales price of $190,456.

The number of listings under contract for the year to date increased 33%, with 281 homes under contract. The current supply of active listings on the market this month was 234 homes, a 22% decrease from the same month last year. There was a 1.8 month supply of homes on the market, which is a 44% decrease from last year.
