Listed homes under contract this November in Irving grew 2%, with 125 houses currently listed under contract this November. So far this year, the average home sales price was about $249,286, which is a 6% rise from last year. The average selling price in Irving rose 9% .

The percentage of asking price received by buyers this month grew 0%, with buyers receiving 97% of their listed price. Percentage of asking price received so far this year grew 1% relative to the same period last year, with buyers receiving 97% of their original price. The days on market until sale in Irving dropped 7%, at 43 days on market until sale. Cumulatively this year, properties have spent about 46 days in the market until sold, which is a 10% decline relative to the same period last year. The current supply of active listings on the market was 322 homes. The current supply of active listings on the market in Irving declined 16%.
