So far this year there have been 3,861 home sales overall, which is a 4% dip from a year ago. Frisco homes sold reached 259 properties this month, a 13% dip from a month ago.

Year-to-date new listings are at 4,650 in all, which is a 3% drop relative to the same month last year. This month, the number of new real estate listings in Frisco climbed 7%, with 252 houses listed this November. Frisco listed homes under contract reached 252 properties this month, which is a 8% decline from a month ago. Year-to-date there have been 3,876 current listings under contract overall, which is a 2% decline relative to the same month last year. The average price for a home so far this year gained 9% compared to the same period last year, with $379,000 being the average sales price. The average percentage of asking price received year-to-date is 99%, which is a 1% surge from last year. This month, buyers got 97% of their original price, a 0% upturn from a month ago. Year-to-date, homes have spent approximately 33 days in the market until sold, which is a 11% dip from a year ago. This November, homes spent approximately 45 days in the market until sold, which is a 20% rise from last month. The market supply of homes in Frisco increased 10% this month, with the market supply of homes at 573 properties. In November 2015 there was a 1.7 month supply of homes, which is a 12% upturn from a month ago.
