    Year-to-date there have been 618 houses sold, which is a 8% fall from last year. Coppell houses sold were at 36 properties this December, which is a 17% fall from last month.

    Overall this year, houses sold decreased 2% relative to the same month last year, with 618 houses sold. In December 2014, the number of new homes listed in Coppell grew 16%, with 29 properties listed this month. Cumulatively this year, current listings under contract have reached 563 in all, which is a 10% decline from last year. This month, there were 24 properties currently listed in Coppell, which is a 14% decline from the previous month. So far this year, homes sold climbed 9% compared to the same month last year, with $360,472 being the average selling price. The average price for a house in Coppell went up 22% .

    Percentage of asking price received cumulatively this year rose 0% relative to the same period last year, with percentage of original list prices received at 98%.     This month, Coppell housing sales dipped 24%, with 29 homes sold this month. So far this year there have been 582 homes sold overall, which is a 8% fall from a year ago.

    Cumulatively this year, houses sold fell 3% relative to the same month last year, with 582 homes sold this year. There were 30 new real estate listings in November 2014, a 35% decrease from last month. This month, there were 24 homes currently listed in Coppell, a 23% fall from the previous month. So far this year, homes sold declined 10% compared to the same period last year, with 538 houses sold this year. This month, the average home sales price was approximately $341,739, which is a 7% surge from a month ago. The average price for a home cumulatively this year grew 8% compared to the same month last year, the average sales price being $362,554.

    Buyers sold their houses for 98.4% of their original price in November of this year, a 0% upturn from the previous month. Percent of asking price received so far this year went up 0% relative to the same month last year, with buyers receiving 97.6%of their original price.
