The Indian Creek subdivision topped the list in total dollar sales in 2013, selling $17.8 million dollars in homes. There were 77 homes sold at an average sales price of $232,154. Second on the list in total dollar sales was Rosemeade, selling $15.8 million dollars in homes. 90 homes were sold in Rosemeade, at an average sales price of $176,134.
