University Park, Texas Home Values report for November 2015

Home sales in total for this year climbed 1% relative to the same month last year, with 810 houses sold. In University Park, 58 properties sold in November 2015, a 14% rise from the previous month.

Year-to-date new listings are at 1,420 in all. New listings year-to-date gained 9% relative to the same month last year. This month, 84 new properties were listed in University Park, a 29% upturn from last month. Listings under contract in University Park grew 14% this month, with 66 homes currently listed under contract. So far this year, houses sold grew 3% relative to the same month last year, with 871 homes sold so far this year. So far this year, the average price for a home was approximately $1,105,095, which is a 2% growth relative to the same month last year.
