Pilot Point Texas Real Estate Sales were down 3% in April 2012 over the same month last year with 37 homes selling this month! For the year to date, overall home sales were at 140 homes sold, a 14% change from last year.

For the year to date, the average number of days on the market was 130 days, an overall change of 16%.

The current supply of active listings on the market this month was 217 homes. This is a change of 19% fromt the same month last year. This month there was a 5.9 month supply of home on the market; this was a -47% change from last year.
