Lavon housing sales rose 0% during November, with 16 houses sold this month. Year-to-date, home sales went up 7% relative to the same period last year, with 225 properties sold so far this year.

New houses listed increased 4% compared to the same period last year, with 225 homes sold. This month, 17 new properties were listed in Lavon. New listings during November in Lavon decreased 23%. Cumulatively this year, home sales increased 10% compared to the same period last year, with 238 properties sold so far this year. There were 23 listed houses under contract this month, a 35% rise from the previous month. The average home sales price in Lavon grew 12% . So far this year, the average price for a house for houses in Lavon was approximately $209,922, which is a 15% rise from last year.

On average year-to-date, buyers received 97% of their asking price, which is a 1% increase compared to the same month last year. This month, buyers received 99% of their listed price, a 0% surge from a month ago. Year-to-date, homes spent about 48 days in the market until sold., which is a 18% decrease from a year ago. On average, houses spent 27 days in the market until sold, a 46% decline from last month. The current supply of active listings on the market in Lavon went down 38%, the market supply of homes being 34 houses. The month supply of available homes in Lavon dropped 43%, with a 1.7 month supply of homes on the market.
