New listings in Aubrey Texas were down 28% for the same period last year with 42 homes listed as compared to 58 listed this month last year. For the year to date, overall home listings were down 18% with 822 homes listed as compared to 999 homes listed last year. Listings under contract were up 31% with 38 homes contracted compared to 29 homes contracted this month last year. Listings under contract for the year to date were up 4% with 440 homes contracted as compared to 421 contracted for all last year.

The average sales price of homes was down 33% to $139,888 as compared to $209,486 for this month last year. For the overall year, average sales prices were down 2% to $165,298 as compared to $168,903 last year. Sellers received 90.8% of their asking price this month as compared to 91.3% this month last year. For the overall year to date sellers received 94.3% of their asking as compared to 90.2% last year a 4% change from last year. The average days on the market until sold in was 113 days compared to 121 days for this month last year down 7%. For the year to date, the average days on the market was 118 days compared to 104 days last year a 13% change.

The current supply of homes on the market was 228 homes down 29% as compared to 322 homes from the same period last year. This is 6.2 month supply of homes on the market down 33% as compared to 9.2 month supply from this month last year.
