Aubrey, Texas Home Values report for November 2014

Houses sold in Aubrey dipped 11% in November of this year, with 70 properties sold. So far this year, houses sold have reached 825 in all, which is a 11% gain from a year ago.

There were 63 new listings in November 2014. New housing listings in November 2014 in Aubrey gained 43%. Cumulatively this year there have been 1,165 new homes listed total, which is a 11% increase relative to the same period last year. There were 62 listed homes under contract during November, which is a 2% rise from last month. Listings under contract year-to-date climbed 12% compared to the same period last year, with 945 properties sold this year. During November, the average price for a home for properties in Aubrey was about $212,449, which is a 22% gain from last month. The average price for a home cumulatively this year went up 5% relative to the same month last year, with the average price for a house at $211,685.

The percent of original list price received by buyers during November went up 0%, with percent of asking price received at 96.7%. Year- to-date, buyers got 97.2% of their original price, which is a 1% rise compared to the same month last year.
