So far this year, home sales grew 0% compared to the same month last year, with 365 houses sold during 2014. Anna homes sold were at 31 properties this December, a 3% fall from a month ago.

New housing properties listed year-to-date gained 8% relative to the same period last year, with 365 homes sold this year. New homes listed in Anna gained 30% this month, with 30 houses listed during December. Year-to-date there have been 365 listed houses under contract in all, which is a 1% increase compared to the same period last year. The number of current listings under contract in Anna gained 14%, with 24 houses currently listed under contract during December. The average home sales price so far this year increased 8% relative to the same month last year, the average price for a house being $170,445. The average price for a house in Anna went up 15% .

On average year-to-date, buyers got 98% of their listed price, which is a 0% increase from last year. The percentage of original list prices received by buyers during December climbed 0%, with buyers receiving 98% of their original price. The days on market until sale in Anna increased 31%, at 64 days on market until sale. So far this year, houses have spent approximately 39 days in the market until sold, which is a 21% decline from last year. The current supply of active listings on the market was 55 houses, which is a 8% decline from last month.During December there was a 1.8 month supply of available homes on the market. The month supply of homes in Anna fell 8%.
