Addison, Texas Home Values report for November 2014

There were 92 houses sold in Addison in November of this year, which is a 16% upturn from a month ago. So far this year, home sales have reached 1,736 in all, which is a 6% fall from a year ago.

Year-to-date there have been 2,190 new home listings total. So far this year, houses sold fell 1% compared to the same period last year. This month, 105 new houses were listed in Addison. During November, the number of new real estate listings in Addison declined 10%. In November of this year, there were 123 houses currently listed in Addison, a 19% surge from a month ago. Current listings under contract year-to-date went down 4% relative to the same month last year, with 1,705 properties sold.
